-Do I need to register before placing an order?
You don't need to register to place an order, but we recommend that you register an account to facilitate tracking of your order information.
-How to register?
Go to the My Account page or click the Account button in the upper right corner of deeove.com and fill in your email and password as required.
-What if I forget my login password?
Don't worry! If you forget your password, just click the "Forgot your password?" link on the "Login" page and enter your email, and you will receive a password reset email.
What should I do if I can't log into my account?

-Can I remove items from my shopping cart?

-How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, and you can view relevant information on the order page.
-Can I modify or cancel my order?
If the product has not been shipped, we will contact the logistics department to modify it, but we cannot guarantee whether the order can be modified. In addition, once the package is shipped, it cannot be modified. Returns and exchanges can only be made after receiving the goods. Returns and Exchanges
-What is your return policy?
Online purchases made through deeove(excluding final sales, special offers, free gifts) are exchangeable and returnable within 14 days from the date of delivery.
All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. You can click "Returns and Exchanges" for more details.
-How do I return or exchange my product?
